I have been into knife collecting off and on most of my life. I've never had any decent collection to show but I sure like looking at them. I just wanted to get this thread started so we all can enjoy this hobby and share what we had.. got now or want.

I really like the look and quality of Randall knives. I don't have any at the moment but hope to put together a small collection of them in the near future.

Here's a few I have..
I'm not a big collector but a user
A knife is a tool & one should be carried all the time
Buck, Gerber, Benchmade, Schrade, Taylor Made
My favorite is the Benchmade Griptilian, For work the Gerber EZ-Out
The big Taylor Made knives are on display in my basement's Man Cave..

Quite the nice collection of steel.

Really nice steel! I have some bayonets, but only 2 knives. I get cut, every time I play with them. Just not something I'm comfortable with....literally.
My two "knives" are a HK USP folder, and an Original 1993-4? Timberline Specwar.

Here is a pic of my Colin Cox survival knife set. I purchased my first Randall knife but it has not yet arrived. I am opening the Pandora's box known as collecting Randall knives. I have been told it is almost as bad as collecting HKs. Yes I hate money. I am in the process of designing a custom sign to be made and then three custom display cases. I reverse engineer all of my collections now. I visualize the entire thing in my minds eye. Do hours upon hours of research... make exacting drawings of almost every single item down to where and how it will be displayed. Then and only then do I start to actual purchase the items. This honed and refined process has taken me years to master but now yields usually amazing results. It will probably take 4-5 years but hopefully by then the project will have the initial stage complete.

Here are a couple that I made with Gil Hibben at his shop in Tennessee. I took a class from him a few years ago.
