Yes Model/Hansellhd2/Hansellhd are all the same person. I use Model over on the K98 forum as well and thought I would use it on this new forum .

Yes all German engineers on the CETME project, however the CETME L was all Spanish. (the hard work was already done.....lol)

1) 7.62x51 with aluminum section adjustable stock and aluminum free float hand guard. AR15 grip adapter and currently has a 20" Douglas barrel. Custom cocking tube (locks downward). Sub MOA Cetme. 37 degree LP.
2) 7.62x51 with HK collapsible stock and 16.1" barrel. 50 degree LP.
3) 7.62x51 "Test Gun" used to try out various component innovations
4) 7.62x39 using a chamber fluted RPK barrel with cone flash hider, folding front sight, fake gas block and AMD65 style hand guard. 65 degree LP.
5) 7.62x51 "PSG1ish" modeled after the first style of HK PSG1. 24" McGowen barrel, Hickory furniture, HKstyle forward assist, custom cocking tube (locks downward). Too many other mods to mention. Sub MOA Cetme. 37 degree LP.
6) .243 Win cal. No chamber flutes in the barrel. Short stroke gas system modeled after the SVT40. 10 degree locking piece.
7) 7.62x51 bullpup, 16.1" barrel.

Below: .223 Cetme L with heavy barrel built from components acquired from Marcolmar. Custom 42 degree LP for use with or without suppressor.

I humbly offer a pik of mine.
It's just a Century but years ago I had a guy install a G3 rear sight and a muzzle brake from IGF. He did a blast/park/paint on it too.
There was a time when Tapco got a hold of a shipment of never-issued CETME furniture. I bought a set and oiled it up a little.
New Spanish bayonet and sling finished it off. You know, this gun has ALWAYS worked perfectly, seriously.

Looks like you scored one of mad dog's butt pads too! Or an original from Spain, Jorge was selling a few around 2010 or so and I bought one of those too.
I like both versions a lot.
