Looks like website caters to New Mexico residents. Don't have any other info, just passing along.

The P7M13 looks like a good deal. Don't really track prices on the other two so not sure about those.

Thoughts?

Lower Price HK P7M13 – 9 out 10 condition - Janes Guns

This is a wonderful example of a P7M13 with Custom WoodGrips, Original Plastic Grips also provided, everything from original including the manual and tools. Made around 1985 I believe. Very hard to find!! My loss is your gain!! Prefer to meet at Bulldog Firearms for the transfer.
