I forgot to add that I cleaned the gun and lubed it with Lubri-Kit, making sure all the moving parts were slippery, before I took it to the range.

For instance, today I was looking at UMP info, I learned a few things and I am grateful.
I had one for a few years. I had all 4 barrels, 22lr, 25ACP, 32ACP, and 380. I like 32ACP the most, 380 was a handful. There was a guy that made the "red" buffer which was supposed to enable the gun to handle 380 better. I bought this buffer and it worked fine but I still did 90% with 32ACP...
I own K, L, N frame S&W in a variety of calibers, a couple Blackhawks in 45 Colt and 480 Ruger. I have a 586-4, a 686 would be great. I reload with 296 and powders like that, buy gas check lead up to 180g and have fun.
