USP Expert Barrel Chamber Hood ?

I'm new to the USP Expert, having picked up a green frame 9mm Expert last year from Rooftop Defense. I was just inspecting this new gun and perhaps this applies to the USP Elite models too, but do these models always come with a satin finish on the top of the chamber versus blued/black finish? I take it all the barrels have a polished end around the o-ring...

Mine are all, what I call polished. As in no black finish.

Thanks. I've never seen any USP with this area shiny on the top of the chamber before. Anyone have a USP Elite with this same finish on top of the chamber?

Experts and elites have it also.

The early USP .45's had a polished hood.
