I dont mean to cut it off completely. Here's a picture of the grip frame from my 91 on my C93... Compare the two. See what I mean? I'm sure I read somewhere about this mod. Mebbe I'm wrong but it looks like it would work.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that you can cut/shorten the "tail" of a G3/PTR steel SEF lower and it will fit a 93. Am I remembering that correctly? You'd still need to get the front modded for the denial shelf. ETA: It's called a "tang". Learn something new every day around here!

^^^ Just keep a watch on GB for 53/93 steel SEF grip frames, I got really lucky when I found mine. A member here saw one for sale and sent me a link. I wouldn't wait too long to grab one of these wood buttstocks if you're serious though...

I've had two engraving shops refuse my logo request...for obvious reasons. Damned copyright laws. Make that three shops. I'll guess I can live without an engraved bolt.
