All the expertise is what I gained reading (and reading, and reading some more...) the Form 1 Suppressor boards. As far as tools, you could do a fine job with a drill press, jig, and a cross slide vise. And of course, an approved stamp.

I meant ~500 for the suppressor build. But MM's conversion is running at $530.00 Factor in stamps and you could be ~1400 very well spent dollars
