Less than desirable. This certainly adds significant issues to those who hypothetically have a registered SBR utilizing a T36 receiver. Pretty good of Tom to only charge $25 for those with registered receivers, however. Gotta be catastrophic to a small business financially.

I had one (efile F1) approved in about 30days in mid-December. Just filed another F1 early January, expecting it to come back early February. Shortest I've ever had was about 2 weeks, but its been a few years back.

Maybe one for reference purposes or taking pics for the internet I suppose. But I wouldn't pay a premium for them. Look at these the same as those grossly overpriced HK "Pmags" you see around. YMMV.
