Do you use the burst pack tool? What's your trick for getting the hammer and esentric bushing back in. I've found a light squeeze with needle nose pliers on the channel where the extractor lies let's the bushing slide right in. Always looking to learn other tricks though.

Cool. I didn't know you could just plug it into a battery like that. I guess that's what was in the little pouch the operator had to carry around. I have a ZPP and will get pictures up in a few days.

Sand down the back tab. Keep taking a little off, test fit, and repeat. If done properly you can get then to lock up tight with very little wobble. Best of luck!
