Cutting the hammer spring worked for me on a HK45CT. I cut a full size spring to the compact length & ground the end flat to match the factory cut end. I do not use the match TRS in HK45C’s. The reset was not very positive with the match TRS. Also had a few times that the trigger failed to reset.

Not a fan of the P30 at all. I’ll pick a VP9SK over a P30SK every day. USPC after the VP. P7 is definitely first. I’ve been looking into a P2000SK .40. One of the LEM configurations. Maybe 4.1? The P30 & HK45 series have been a disappointment to me. Still waiting on the new one to be released...

Should be around 2004 (AE) You might even be able to find both finishes that year. I’m not sure what the serial # cutoff is.

Very cool! Didn’t know they offered a standard P7 in Nickel. Kind of wish it had a matching box & accessories.

I had to after seeing so many come in broken. Ended up that my PSG1 handle was cracked. Got lucky & found a new one locally.
