Thank you for the welcome! There are not many gun stores in Japan, but there are some. The place I know is near Akihabara in Tokyo, which is famous for anime-related activities. Howa is a famous gun manufacturer. They make the AR180 and the Type 89 for the Japan Self-Defense Forces.- G3LOVE
