How an HK MP7 works

I think this must be from the same series

Watching both makes me wonder if most people here would rather:
A. shoot 200 rounds through an MP7 in a range setting, supervised (can't take it apart or screw with it)
B. spend 30 minutes with an MP7 and an HK armorer's toolkit, unsupervised (can't shoot it/can't steal it)
