MK23 MOD 0 Build Thread

A few months ago I walked into my LGS "BattleHawk Armory" and low and behold there sat a brand new Mark 23. It is only BNIB Mark 23 I have ever seen locally. Since I have wanted one so long I instantly jumped on the chance. I have been in love with this firearm since I was a teenager and always wanted a MK23 Mod 0. After putting 200 rounds through it I was instantly love. Not the same love for the I have had for the past 25 years but true love. That is where this built thread comes in. I am not in the process of building a MK23 Mod 0 to display and this thread is dedicated to this journey.

Last week my wife and I made a 2000 road trip across the country to meet @AGG and he was grateful enough to sell me a complete Gen 2 Wilcox Nightstalker kit in absolutely perfect condition.

• Mark 23 Mount (Part Number 638759800)
• Laser - VS/IR light - IR laser (Part Number 168759802)
• Light - VS (Part Number 46875980?)
• Wilcox Pressure Pad Switch
• Wilcox Nightstalker Gen 2 Holster
• Wilcox Nightstalker Light/Laser Pouch

I also picked up this box of Winchester Q4310 Ammo

I am blessed to have such an amazing setup. Still looking for a KAC but hopefully I will get one this year. I am also in the hunt for a camo case though I’ve been told the Mk23 Mod 0 was issued in a cardboard box.
