MR223A3 Muzzle brake for Surefire RC2?

I am considering purchasing a MR223A3 SBR I have found but I have a hangup regarding the muzzle device thread pitch. It seems these are the M15x1 instead of the standard 1/2x28. I absolutely want to run my Surefire RC2 cans with it. I was considering this rifle because of the whole made in Germany bit and the chrome lined barrel.

What are my options to make this work as I don't see any available Surefire devices in that pitch? I may just say hell with it and go with a MR556A$ 11" if this is a big PITA

These days for a M15x1 your only readily available options are the warcomp and 3 prong. If you want the surefire brake or anything else from them, I think their min quantity for orders is 150 so that was bust for me.

B&T should also make some stuff in M15x1 and this one appears to take Surefire cans and is closed tine if you're into that style but you probably wanna call them and ask what's what and if it's in stock.
