Yes you can do much better. just image search Florida man.

Keep in mind most are transplants. You can't survive gators, snakes, sharks, skunk apes and 95 yo drivers on I95 very long if you are not smarter than the average bear.

I’m a transplant myself, but I can avoid the gators, snakes, apes,sharks, etc , but what I cannot get away from are the elderly drivers . Brother , it will try your patience.
I mean God bless them for fighting for their independence, but doing 55 in the express lane on I95 is just plain dangerous.

I love it. I moved from NYC back in ’99 and have been here since.
I travel to the Northeast quite a bit for work, but I lucked out by taking on projects all over the state so that I could enjoy the winter down here!
Like I said… I love it and the wife will not consider moving!
