Though technically not a contract/licensed firearm per se (U.S.-made, aluminum receiver with scope rail), currently, this is the serial number range for the SAR8, manufactured by SPRINGFIELD ARMORY/D.C. INDUSTRIES:

SR 12841 through SR 15021 (SAR8)
