Thinking of taking the plunge

Well once again im thinking of taking the plunge into the ump clone world.

How this normally goes for me is I get the itch for a mp5k 40/10 then the price just kills me. Then I go to a ump 40, my issue with the ump 40 is what your getting for the money. Always seems high for a simple blowback gun.

Even though I have a mp5 40 navy pictogram lower, ambi selector and bho I dont think I can make the mp5k 40 plunge (reverse streach).

Ive always loved the look of the ump. I think the mp5k is a better gun but not $1k better. Ive considered other pcc but offerings in 40/10 are limited and I absolutely will not own anything ar based.

Ive shot plenty of mp5 9mm, I have no interest in 9mm. Anyone have a ump 40 they can compare to a mp5 and give there thoughts.

No reverse stretch on the MP5/40. :)
The UMP/40 would be unique--- don't see many. ;)

Ha thanks, not helping.

Sounds like mp5k 40s are a bit finicky which is something im not looking for
 
Well, after thinking long and hard about it ive decided to go with neither and go with a full size mp5 40/10. What ultimately steered me in this direction was parts availability, knowledge based and seeing the rifles shot side by side.
