Hey Team,
I’d like to express my opinion on the new gun control talk going around the news these days.

My first opinion is more of a concern than an opinion. My concern is that when those heading up the leadership of the United States start to outlaw certain firearms, the vast majority of US citizens will just sit by and ALLOW it to happen.
That will turn almost half of the law abiding population into felons overnight. Once they outlaw firearms, they will start confiscation of said firearms. Will citizens stand up against those that are tasked with actually Confiscating our firearms or will they sit back and let it happen?

It is my belief as an American and a US Marine that we must take a stand and resist at all cost, ANY action that violates our Constitutionally protected right to Keep and Bear Arms by ANYONE that attempts to take our arms.

My days of “running and gunning” are swiftly drawing to a close. At 65, I don’t move as well as I use to but my accuracy with a firearm is still where it was when I was in my prime.

I for one, will NOT stand by and do nothing when the times arrives that firearms are to be confiscated.

While I FULLY support my brothers and sisters in law enforcement, I will NOT just stand back and watch while LEO’s violate our God Given, Constitutionally protected right to Keep and Bear Arms.

I PRAY everyday that this never befalls our once great nation but, it f it does, what are YOU going to do?

Perhaps they need to have the UN to ask their 'collective' to assemble a 'volunteer' task force that would go door to door and have us just 'hand them over'.

I wonder how much success they'd have in (say) 1 to 2 hours...

I know for a fact there will be those LEOs that will and those that wont. I fall in to the later. My job is to protect and serve the citizenry NOT trample rights. Should the laws change to a point that they conflict with my morals and beliefs and our long establish rights then it will be time to resign. I am fully capable of making a living outside Police work.

As well I am fully capable of defending my family, property and personal rights no matter how I am employed.

Somewhere, at some point, someone is going to have to take a stand. These tyrants are never going to stop taking away our rights until someone takes that stand, that much is obvious. So, who's it going to be?
Jan 6th was a joke. Unarmed, dressed up in Halloween costumes some of them. Rattled some cages, hurt nobody, and the only person to die was an unarmed protester. The ahole politicians made them out to be insurrectionists? And are still burning tax money trying to make shit stick. It was a farce and continues to be as much promoted by the politicians.
They mock us. They believe nobody is going to do jack squat because nobody in living memory ever has. So they do what they want, unopposed, make a mockery of the law, laugh at "we the people", and still nobody does squat. The insane are running the asylum. I could go on but must get to the point.
And that point is who is going to do what? The aholes at the top have no reason to fear the people, it's something that's been lost in the last couple hundred years. When the govt no longer fears the people we have the result of Jan 6th, we have stolen elections, we have crooked presidents and their crooked kids, we have the secretary of state screaming "what does it matter!" when Americans die, we have fences around the capitol. They have not and will never suffer any consequences, this proven by numerous scams and scandals and usurps of the law over the last couple hundred years that have resulted in ZERO punishment.
I'll say this, until a highly motivated, very, very large number of very well organized and armed people show up unannounced, demanding to be heard, recognized, and respected, nothing is going to change, things will only get worse.
And I'm not talking about 50 or 100 or 1000 people here. I'm talking 10k at the least. They cannot arrest or shoot them all and they cannot ignore them either. Until this happens things at the top are never going to change and they WILL get worse. Without the action of real patriots we are headed to socialism in these United States, soon to become the Empire of the Democratic Party.
Tiny little battles like these new "common sense" gun regs are just drops in the giant bucket of BS we are going to take a drink of.

We can sit around and beat a keyboard, preaching to the choir, or we can "do something". Does that sound familiar?
Us. We well armed patriots are going to have to be the ones. The cab driver, the grocery lady, the teacher, the doctor, the train operator, the pilot, the baseball player, no F*N body is going to do shit about a right they don't give a shit about or believe in. Yet no armed people have organized and taken a stand and demanded to be heard.
Much like someone said above, my war making days are practically over. I can't run, I'm late middle aged and things are starting to fail me. But I can still march, shoot, and I can still teach. I'm no leader but I'm a hell of a dedicated follower and I've drawn my line in the sand. Come for my weapons and someone is going to find out where that line is. What needs to happen is we need someone to motivate and lead that well organized, well armed group of patriots. And that group needs to be planted on the white house lawn and respectfully demand to be heard, or else.
If this is impossible then we are lost, having only the time between now and the final nail in the coffin of freedom.

I concur 100% with your statement, especially where we NEED a courageous leader willing to not only lead the country, but lead Patriots in combat taking back our once great nation.
There are more than enough Patriots to be victorious in the fight against socialism and satanism that are ATTEMPTING to kill our Constitution and take away our God given Rights.

There are over 300 million firearms in the hands of 100 million firearm owners

There are approximately 1 million US soldiers

Not sure of the rest of the world, but lets just say THE TOTAL number of soldiers that in the world is 5 million and that is a stretch

So when one soldier comes to take away the firearms of one citizen, the odds are 100 to 5.

The math does NOT add up. Will some just willy nilly hand them in. OK, say half the people do. Doubtful, but this is just an example

SO NOW, it's 50 to 5. Still pretty good odds of 10 to 1 and that is the worst case scenario.

DO THE MATH - it does NOT ADD UP...

IT WILL BE UGLY, BLOODY AND A TRUE FIGHT. BUT THE NUMBERS DO NOT ADD UP.

Yes thats true but it really didnt go to well for them. Also a few of their balloon delivered incendiary devices followed the jet stream and landed in the PNW but with ZERO efficacy. But back to the Aleutian island landings. They were unpopulated or scarcely populated areas, possibly planned that way. However, it really appears as though it was more of an ill planned attempted diversionary landing, by ill prepared and seriously under supplied troops, hoping to draw us away from Midway island. They figured we would fall for it because "they are on OUR soil". Nah not so much....they knew a mainland invasion attempt would be suicide at worst, devastatingly long and protracted at best. Know why? Because there was an American with a gun behind every blade of grass. They also were aware of the type of resolve American citizens had back then (Not as common now, but still strong IMO), learned by the American military educated Japanese attachés. Citizens tend to rally and become more willing when it happens to them or at their house....ask the Ukrainians, or someone that is one of the newer gun owners that bought based off of fear derived from home brewed civil unrest.
