WTB WTB: USP 45 FS Parts

Looking to convert V5 to V1 on a USP45.

Perhaps you have some parts in a bin from a LEM conversion...

Need:

Hammer
Sear
Detent Plate (V1/2)

@Lumbergh Those 2 hammers that Gunther is offering you, they have to be used with those 2 matching, old-style Catches (pictured in his post); they are old-style (w/out the notches on the right side). If you plan to use the new-style, long Catch, then those hammers will not work.

Really not sure what i need yet, haven't taken the gun apart yet to see what I have in it (old style/new style).

Will get it apart and see what is what.

Really just trying to minimize the parts I need to buy from HK, it will be more practical to put serviceable used parts in a police trade gun.

I believe your V5 should have the old parts, meaning it should have the old-style Catch/Hammer. But I am not certain whether it has the 1-part Catch or 2-part one. If it's a 1-part Catch then you would need the Control Latch and Catch to replace that one-part Catch.

Do you know the date code?

If I'm not mistaken, the "Sear Actuator Latch" is what the catch fits into.

Is the Sear Actuator Latch different between V1/V5 or I just need to figure out what is in the gun (new/old)?

From the USP manual parts diagram, the Hammer/Catch are unique to each other as far as new/old. Any other differences?

I believe its "KI", but will need to check.

Control Latch/Catch is the 2-part Catch that I mentioned earlier. The part should be consistent among different variants but the date code (old/new) will determine how different they are.
