The few vendors that actually had them are out of stock--- I will continue to look. ;)

Have you tried calling hk customer service. If you have the item # they can often help. I was able to backorder burst compression rods and a year later they actually showed up!

I heard they discontinued and quit making them along with a few other parts so I never even tried to call, I only checked the website. I guess it couldn't hurt to give em a shout today. I didnt buy my rifle from them, do u think they'll want to see a proof of purchase for the stock?

If you say I'm looking to buy part # xxxxx they should be able to help. Now some items they can't sell, or no longer make such as a a3 non f stock, but random little parts they sometimes have . Good luck

I called hecklar&koch today and before I could finish reading off the part # (hkk-200952) she stopped me and said that's a hkparts part # and that they (h&k) only make and sell whole firearms not parts. so idk I guess I'll keep checking vendors, forum marketplaces, and gun broker until one turns up. thanks for the replies

I saw that P/N the other day and checked what the real part number was per the G3 Armorer's Manual. HK Parts is notorious for changing OEM P/Ns for your parts searching inconvenience. The base number 200952 (in this case) is actually the real HK number for this locking ring.

Is yours missing or could it be repaired in anyway?
