    HK CC9 first impressions

My experience mirrored yours, I think it is a fantastic little pistol and definitely HK quality. I admit when I first saw it in pictures, I wasn't impressed, but when my FFL called and told me they had one I knew I wanted it once it was in-hand. Don't be turned off by the different aesthetic or...

    Went and got a MK23.

Never thought I needed one, told myself my USP 45s were plenty. Well, I found a local gun trader deal that I couldn't pass up, with OG Maritime finish and Eagle case. It had been fired previously so no worries about shooting it. I immediately put 50 rounds through it and now I understand why...

Looking for a Magazine extension for the P30 13 Round 40 S&W magazines

Definitely go with Taylor Freelance over the HKParts, the latter has had reliability issues when compared to the former.

Which trigger kit to get for a 1995 USP 9?

I'm not personally a fan (due to the overtravel screw), but here's the lowdown on that variant: https://www.hkproshop.com/forums/resources/match-lem-hybrid-trigger-installation.12/

Which trigger kit to get for a 1995 USP 9?

As close to a VP9 as possible will be a light LEM trigger with a nickel sear (flat) spring. The match kit is designed for a DA/SA gun which is totally different than a VP9. You will need the following parts (at the minimum) to convert a stock 1995 USP to LEM: LEM kit, part #260204 New-style...

HK45 "Black" w/Green Frame on GB

HKUSA did make Green HK45/C pistols back in the day but they also had the slide markings at that time.

HK45 "Black" w/Green Frame on GB

Definitely seems to be an aftermarket coating job, I would avoid. For the record, current production HK45 pistols made in the US do not have slide markings. The barrel serial on these guns is on the left side of the barrel and the slide serial is under the rear sight.

USP 45 vs USP Compact 45 Grip Size

The HK45c is essentially a P2000 in .45. I own them all (USP, USPc, HK45, HK45c) and if I were to only own one, it would be the USP45F. That being said, the compacts are the best as a carry gun.

USP 45 vs USP Compact 45 Grip Size

The grip of the USPc 45 IS in fact smaller in circumference than the USPF 45. The compact uses a slimmer magazine, and therefore has a slimmer grip, the further development of which led to the HK45 and HK45c. That being said, if you want a compact 45 but you are concerned about the grip, I would...

    P30L v1 -> 4.1 (Light TRS) question

I recently changed the TRS in my 4.1 P2000 out from heavy to light. I feel like it improved the trigger pull but I still wish they made a medium TRS for the P2000 as it is perfect in my P30L.

    VP9/L firing pin support sleeve

I would not use anything that isn't OEM from HKParts in my gun, the factory HK sleeve is more than adequate and is not damaged through normal use. If you damaged it during removal then you did it wrong.
