Forgot to remove the muzzle cap when we test fired the new 51 pistol.

I have shot so many of these things off my ARs. I keep a ton of em on hand. I always figured them as a consumable though

I can't say that I've actually done this....much like I don't pull the trigger, before
double checking that it's unloaded.

You're lucky that you didn't have a face replacement.......I've seen where barrels
have been blocked, and it's blown up in their face.
