Heading out to meet some friends at a local range. Admittedly it doesn't happen often enough. Taking a P7, P2000 and an MP5k - I think that's a good representaion to wow the uninitiated. Like many of you, I'll shoot less and share more.

Finally gonna get rid of that bag of .38 spl too. I knew eventually someone would have something in that caliber.

Will report back.

We all have calibers we will never use again just from being shooters, I have a bunch of weird stuff over the years including some special. Wish I still had some wheel guns

Funny you should mention 38, I have 357 that will need to be shot - but my Ruger Security Six is no longer in my collection. I will need to wait until prices comeback down and add a 357 (Maybe a Colt SAA or something nice).

Aside from the RSO frequently telling me to slow down (3 seconds between squeezes) 🤦‍♂️ it was a great evening. As expected, the HK's ran flawlessly. My buddy had his AR-15, 9mm and .22 (all suppressed). I really do need to put one of those in jail sooner than later.

As far as .38 spl goes, the Ruger SP101 did nothing for me, but the Smith & Wessen 64-8 was ok to shoot. Still, no need to run out and get one though.

3 seconds? 😴😴😴

was at MI Shoot at the old Bald Mountain range - were you the guy ejecting 5.56 brass into the side of my head? :ROFLMAO:
That was not me, as fun as it would have been to be there, this is my busy time with work and unless it’s raining I don’t leave my “office” much. Besides if I was there I would have spent most of my time admiring your collection of HK’s!

Bald Mtn. is a boring place to shoot. I remember being told to single load my 550-sniper. That was years ago, and I never went back. We used to shoot there before all the updates/baby-sitters. That was fun.

Rumor has it, they're making "the pit" into a similar facility. My best guess....no future select-fire weapons.
