Texas got rid of their gun permit requirement last year. Now you don't have to have a LTC to carry a concealed weapon but those who are not eligible to carry or own a gun get caught doing so will get a heavier penalty or harsher sentence.

Ohio governor signed a few days ago. 23 states! From my understanding, I think Indiana's bill is headed to their governor. Also it sounds like Nebraska and Georgia have bills making progress. Current map of constitutional carry states.

Yeah........I still don't understand why FL isn't open carry. Was there a couple of weeks ago
{open carrying <sigh> after a very long drive} and officer friendly informed me FL was NOT an
open carry state. Simply put my shirt over it; "Does that make you feel all warm and fuzzy now"?

I mean.....Come on man. Personally, being in his shoes........I'd like to see it.

You can open carry here too, during, and from when hunting, fishing, or camping etc.
I wished it would happen but I still prefer concealed carry for me…. That’s just me, I think it should be an option and everyone should have the freedom to exercise their rights.

Constitutional carry will happen… eventually!
