Picked up a really nice Lincoln TiG welder yesterday. Spent the evening working on one of my MP5 kits that has lived on the shelf for too long. I can’t wait to get back to it tomorrow evening.

Need to get the trunnion in, shelf on, and the rear sight base. I think at that point I’ll have a functional host gun.

I figure another 5-6 hours and it’ll be ready for test fire. Have to get the parts prep’d for weld before I can go any further
I’m having problems with my car. You think you can weld a muffler bearing to the flux capacitor. Know one in town seems to have the knowledge to do it but looking at your pics, YOU CAN!!!!!

Well....it went bang 28 times when I pulled the trigger 28 times. Needs some tweaks but so far so good. I won’t go so far as to say it was a 100% test but rather a 90% one. I’ll give it a good running this weekend. It’s nice to be an 07/02

Little basic black spray bomb finish so it doesn’t rust this weekend during testing....
