Best way to enlarge hooks on UMP Lower?

I would just put in on drill press and do it, is this the best way or is there a better one I am missing?

Dont want to break off a hook.

You don’t need to use any power rotary tools. Use a round bastard file and check fit frequently to avoid removing too much.

I had a file that was about the size. You mic the usc lugs then order a round file enlarge the hooks. I did mine in hotel in the middle of a move to Texas. Just go slow. I should have a jig for the vents soon.
