I have two HK 91s (Saco A3 made in 1977 & an A2 made in 1981).

The A3 has a bolt gap of .012 (.305mm) and the A2 has a bolt gap of .015 (.381mm).

I have a couple of brand new HK locking mechanisms and HK +4 rollers and wondered if the consensus would be that it was time to install them?

Your gaps are normal

change the cocking handle if it breaks

if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it….cheers
