I tried searching the other site for more info but wasn’t coming up with much other than the basics. I know that I need to weld the existing sear hole shut and relocate it. Other than that what else needs done? Different hammer or? I’m doing this for a client who has his sear transferred in to me. Doing this while it’s in NFA jail lol

Curious--- are you wanting 0-1-2-F, or 0-1-3-F?
Call Mike Otte at Michael's Machines--- (618) 570-8641. ;)

Do you use the burst pack tool? What's your trick for getting the hammer and esentric bushing back in. I've found a light squeeze with needle nose pliers on the channel where the extractor lies let's the bushing slide right in. Always looking to learn other tricks though.

No burst pack tool here. Back of a pen for the hammer spring and a paper clip to hold the compression rod and some simple hand tools. I've honestly only taken it apart a couple times in the last 12 years. I was trying to help Grease Gunner out. He is fully aware that mine is an S&H not a Fleming sear. These videos are the only way I did it. At this point I colud still do it without but still pull them up

Disassembly

Reassembly Pt 1

Reassembly Pt 2
