Flush fit baseplate to use 18rd USP mags without jet funnel?

Does anyone make a sleeve or baseplate for the USP 18rd magazine that provides a flush-fit without the jet funnel kit?

I'm basically looking for something like what is currently offered in the P30/VP9 20rd magazines and the HK45C/USP45C 10rd "elephant foot" magazines:



The idea here is to allow for easy swapping back and forth between the 15 and 18rd mags (like how you can with 8 & 10rd mags on the HK45C).

Since the used USP45 only came with one 12rd magazine I ordered this one from Mid West Gun Works it's also a 12rd magazine. But I thought the USP45 just came with 10rd magazine. 45acp
