Michigan winter grilling - yeah, I'm one of those guys. A slab of baby back ribs and Yukon Golds roasted in the air fryer.

I love me some ribs.

Made a variation of the various "loaded fries or tots" from a local eatery.
Baked steak fries
Shredded chicken [light BBQ seasoning]
2 OM eggs
Light amount of Mozzarella cheese
French fried onions on top
Sweet Baby Ray's sauce to taste.

Bake fries, heat chicken, fry eggs, add toppings.
