HK G3 3/62

That has been for sale for a while--- this time, the seller is using the low start and Reserve.
Moving to Found a Deal, and tweaking the title, if you do not mind. ;)

Go ahead and POKE the BEAR.
I what to see you explain to "Office Joe" that "These are known animals, C&R not regulated by the NFA" Trust Me.

Plus, that is a Full Auto Trip in that pack, and I don't see a SEMI cut in that bolt.
Even if they did made "THAT" pack semi only, you know you would have another trigger pack.

But I guess sense you guys just oil your guns up and put them in the safe, no one would ever see it. . . . .
.

That’s why the 3/62 batch was so small, ATF determined they could no longer be imported in that configuration. Hence the drastic increase in price.

Calm down, Chicken Little. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
I resemble that remark. ;)

I know, just like the original OPEN BOLT Mac-10's.

Yes, a collectable, but so is a 1971 HEMI CUDA Convertible.

The trip lever in those packs does not hook to anything. It just pivots on an axle pin, and there is no sear connection to it. Research shows it was left in as necessary to allow function of the .22LR adapter kit.

That is the way it was initially approved by the ATF. Subsequent review mandated the following examples had to remove the pack ears and add an item (not a shelf) to preclude the use of a regular G3 pack.

I've owned several of the Santa Fe G3/41's over the years and it was interesting to see the evolution of "fixing" the adaptability of the rifles.

Very interesting, Thanks.

And now I will have to look at my .22 G3 kit.

My education in that realm was expensive, even back then...

But the investment helped pay for our house.

Unsure what his reserve is but those guns seem to tap out around the $15k range. There was that one on GB about 4-5 years ago that had 90+ bids and went for $34k and one at Julia Auctions in 4/17 that brought over $20k.
