Thought about it myself, but this could merely be an outlier--- will re-evaluate when another similar sells for about the same price. ;)
There are comparables on GB that have not sold, or been bid on, for far less. :unsure:

People are scared--- legitimately or otherwise--- get what you want now--- hoping they will be "grandfathered". ;)
