So I've got one in my cart, just waiting on a "coupon code" from a good friend so I can "check out" LOL. While I hadn't thought about another HK for awhile? you don't see these in the wild too much and as a "new" production.
Anyway just looking for a modestly priced holster and Comp Tac seems to fit the bill for now. I understand that a "full size USP" style holster will work? unless any "owners/operators" have a different opinion?
Thanks and stay safe.

Excellent--- who is the importer (MDW Guns, RIOT TAGS, MMBI, TAI, or other)? :)

Tony

I'm north of the 49th Parallel, so it's coming from a LGS. The last couple showed up about 2yrs ago, so it's time to "pull the trigger", LOL

Nice find! Regarding the holster, I use a CompTac Infidel for my USP45 and P2000 and I have an international for my P30L and HK45. They make awesome holsters, hard to go wrong with them.

I'm still trying to research if "regular" 18rd USP metal mags will work with the P8? any comments?

Very cool USP Variant! These do not have the de-cock feature correct? (I don't use the feature on my other USP's, I converted a USP Compact 9mm to a V9 to eliminate the de-cock feature, really like it!)

I thought the same, however it does indeed have a "decocker" & I'm still finalizing about what mags will work? etc. I believe mine is a CA date code, which is 2020?

Buy it, shoot it and don’t worry about it. Otherwise it sits in the safe and when you die it will sells for half what you paid for it and whoever gets it will get the joy of shooting it.

Or do like I do, buy two. Shoot one and have one as a safe queen

Doc

Without starting a "new" thread? which USP 9mm "standard" mags are preferable? the metal or plastic? in the 15rd configuration? and do they both work equally as well in the pistol?
Thanks troops.

I've got all the different size USP 9mm magas . A 15 round mag is fine unless you are shooting competitively . As a matter of fact preferable as you can practice swapping mags .

This guy / shop has one they are selling. Don't know if the price is any good or not. Just a FYI..

Heckler and Koch P8A1 (new in the box). Imported from Germany. Two Magazines, Manual, and Factory Gun Box. $1700.00
