My son is selling his 1990 Chevy 1500 series pickup and received an offer for cash plus an HK416. The "buyer " told my son it is in immaculate condition, never fired, and has been a "safe queen". My son reached out to me for advice and I told him we would need very detailed pictures and a hands on inspection of the HK416.
Once I received the pictures I told my son there was no need for the hands on inspection, we were good with the offer on one condition. I had my son advise the "buyer" we would take his original cash offer, plus the HK416, and would need another $4000 to make up for the difference between the HK416 22LR and a real HK416.
