HK416D parts kit original German barrel

I'd be a buyer at $2800 just to build out another 416 'shooter'. An original HK416 LPK is desirable.
Most of the 416 LPK can be easily sourced through various websites. The difficult parts to obtain would be the FA trigger and selector. Even then, I've seen several 416 FA trigger groups go for sale on GB lately. HKParts also has the FA selector group currently in stock.

{Caveat: I hate my computer}

@ENDER ........I mean, if you really want the full package, I'm sure I could hit my peeps, grab you a kit.....
Given the market......what do you think......$12K or $16K?????/  :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
Is that all my 416's are worth? Damn :( :ROFLMAO:

Can someone please direct me to a 416 for $2800
Homie.....

I'm afraid to say that the days of 416 uppers, even the beaters, of $3K or less are gone.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but if you find one for less than $4K.....give me the details
and I'll gladly help you say yay or nay.

Cheers!!!!!!!

Are these going to keep going up or is there some chance of them starting to get traded in and/or demilled in bulk and sold for parts in the coming years?

I'd put my money on these going up in value because of HK's strict end user agreement. In the past, some agencies would chop the lower
and sell off the uppers for additional $$$. Now {I think} HK has such a strict user agreement, that it's not worth the risk.

Caveat: The above listed is my understanding.....if someone has information to the contrary or corroborating info, please feel free to
chime in.

Cheers!!!!!!

Interesting. I wonder if the EUA controls what they can do with it, say, 10 years after purchase (vs focusing on depts straight up flipping them). Hard to imagine a department digging up the EUA 10 years later and actually complying with it.

I can’t see the prices dropping at all. In fact the trend seems to say Up UpUp!
I remember seeing kits for like $3 almost NIB, but now… I have seen them up to around the $5k mark and up.
Lets not even talk about lowers… can we say Hurricane Butterfly?
