Hospital Food and the menu for cooed to order .

I had a recent stay, eight weeks and the first three were in pre and post op. what got me through was the food and the kindness of the nursing staff, they were like a NASCAR pit crew some time having to completely change me and my bed three and four times a night.

My favorite lunch was the Turkey burger with blue cheese caramelized onion and mash potatoes.

Not to be out done was the potroste.

Or the mix it up pot rost and grilled fresh Salomon medley.

Thank you Uncle Sam.

A very tender and delicious Pot Roast with a Grilled Salomon fresh catch from the Willamette River. Mashed potato with chicken and garlic gravy.

Breakfast had many choices too. Crispy bacon with a cheese omelette and double coffee.

Or the scramble with spinach sausage mushrooms .

More coffee, those people in Oregon drink some coffee.
