the MP5 is my favorite platform. The 10mm is my favorite pistol cartridge regarding ballistics. Thinking I ought to put them together.
Does anyone have any suggestions on builders or parts acquisition?

Personally, I'd go RDTS.....Ralph did a couple for me, and they turned out great!!!!
They definately have more thump than the 9mm MP5.

If you have an interest in a factory MP5 10mm barrel, still in wax paper, never even handled......PM me.

Good luck and enjoy!!!!!

I follow Ralph Jr on FB & seeing his work has got me leaning that way. I still want to talk to the other manufacturers though.

Would you say it is better to buy one complete or acquire all the parts & send them in to be assembled?
I do like parts hunting but want the highest quality finished product I can get.
I am definitely interested in a 10mm barrel but think I’m probably going to have to go to a rechambered 40 barrel.

Personally,...... I'd call Ralph and tell him what you want, then wait {to what feels like infinity +10} till he
say's, "Ok....we're done". Retrieve and repeat, until your wife or your wallet just slap you
silly.

I've done it either way. Yes....the parts hunting is a great time.....expensive.....but fun.

Good luck on your hunt, either way....you'll enjoy it for a long time to come.

Cheers!!!!

DJ Getz USED to build MP5 40 or MP5 10 but he is now retired and no longer building sweet MP5's unfortunately - he did some great builds

BUT if you ever find one for sale, grab it and don't look back
