MP5 A3 F Stocks $475

Well, I got suckered. The ad above listed as factory new. Was thrilled to see these at a “normal” price again.

I never noticed the disclaimer that these were police turn-ins and used as I put it in my cart and checked out. I could almost swear that it wasn’t listed as used the first time I went to the web site after following the link.

Oh well, lesson learned. Don’t be in too big of a hurry for a good deal. I would love to know where the original ad clip posted above came from because if it was Arms Unlimited, they state factory new. Probably put the add up hoping suckers like me would blow past the actual listing hoping to get checked out before they were all gone (which happens). My only hope is that it comes in decent working condition.

If so, my fault, but they’re still @$$holes. 🤬 Welcome to being a class of business along with HK Parts and their “unusual” parts sourcing.

Not that it matters now {BTW.....thanks for the heads up}, how bad was the condition?
Want to dump it off on another sucker? {Me} LOL....

Yep, I got all the way to the cart before noticing the used disclaimer, too

I'm going to be the outlier here: I have zero affiliation with armsunlimited but I've had great experiences. I've got 50 of their used MP5 mags showing up this week so I'll update when those arrive.

I wasn’t taking a knock at you, but pointing out that the clip that you originally posted said “factory new”, and that the actual item was not, in fact, factory new, buy a used police turn-in.

Could you please post where the clip came from? Was it online somewhere; in an ad or on their website, or emailed to you? I’ve never dealt with this company before and have no previous experience with them.

My concern is if a vendor posts or solicits you with a statement like “factory new” to get a person to go to their web site and buy, then changes the terms of the solicitation to a used product, no matter how stated later on in the process, it is a fraudulent representation and deceptive advertising, at least under the laws of this State. I can tell you this with some certainty, since I’m a retired investigator for the state, and used to prepare cases just like this one for enforcement. A later change in their offering does not cure the original violation to get you there to look at the posted product.

The hit is on me for moving too fast on my purchase, but they don’t get to avoid enforcement just because I was a sucker.

I got an email notification because I'd set up a "Back in stock alert". I just clicked the link, and then copied and pasted the URL here in case anyone wanted one. I know that stock has been hard to find historically.
