Lots of drama on the FRT front. It's all discussed elsewhere, and I'm sure most have read it all but for those who have not, basically ATF was going to lose the lawsuit and so tried to limit FRT's by settling the lawsuit such that they would be allowed, but the other party to the suit had to agree to "vigorously defend their patent" and agree not to come up with FRT for other than the AR-15 platform. In other words collusion to impact a free market. I'm thinking the situation will continue to develop as there is a lot of talk about the FRT's in question being junk as far as trigger pull and durability of function. Time will tell, it always does. Perhaps FRT's will be the first nail in the coffin of "no new manufacture of MG receivers for civilian use" same as "arm braces" have eroded the concept of SBR's. We can but hope.....
