Have started experimenting with P2000 and P30 mags, X-Grips, and P30SK floor-plates on the P2KSK....

(L to R) Original 9 round in the pistol, P2000 with X-Grip, P30 with X-Grip. I have adult male hands and the floor plate interferes with comfortable grip. I can squeeze three fingers in there, helps that the floor plate is rubberish, but it's tight.

P2000 with X-Grip. 12 rounds (+ 3 rounds,) Very comfortable, not overly long. Good for carry and as a backup mag.

P30 with X-Grip, 13 rounds, (+4 rounds,) Extremely comfortable. But, starting to get into the area of 'might decrease conceal-ability.' Not that anyone is really looking, and I've carried full size pistols for decades, but it starts to make sense to just buy a P2000 or P30 and get the benefit of added barrel length if the grip will be this long. lol Still, perfect for a back up mag!!!

I've also found that a very small amount of silicon sealer, like you might use around a sink in the kitchen, holds the X-grip in place once dry and cured....while being simple to remove when disassembling the mag. Just a little spot on either side of the mag at the seam. We'll see how that holds up under fire.

P2000SK with 9 round mag with P30SK floor plate; HUGE difference in comfort over the originals!!! Makes carry and shooting the 9 round mag a pleasure.

Anyway, just my thoughts so far. Will get some measurements as well; didn't think about it.
