I believe these are made by ATI as those are the only mags that I've seen that have a printed-on marking. The small 'dot' between 9x19 & MP-5 is unique to ATI Mags.
Don't know if yours are the early versions or the latter than these that are marked with ATI logo and embossed into the metal, but the box only shows what looks to be the printed text:
