Yeah, it's the latest way scammers have been hijacking legit usernames; ones that seem dormant. Don't know how they are doing this, but I'll push this issue hard with GB Staff on my report-a-scammer complaint. In the past, I've had scammers with NR ratings block me so I couldn't bid on any of their scams when I detected them using same stolen pics but with new NR username; complained to GB about this issue too to prevent newbie NR users from having such 'power' and I believe GB heeded my suggestion. This one, now, using someone's stolen username will be different if the scammer tries to block me once again; will have to see how this plays out...
