I took a mental health day on Friday as I was at my wits end at my job (and I still might quit that place....will see on Monday) so for the first time in nearly 4 years I called off and took the day for myself. Here are the results of what I did to clear my head....

Few more pics. After the first test fire I had to work on the feed ramp some more as the rounds weren’t hitting the ramp correctly and jamming up. Put a radius on the leading edge and it now runs sticks and drums both...

I can say this-I have real Thompson’s but this was extremely educational on how to build one. It also gives and appreciation for the craftsmanship that is long lost in the current generation.
