I honestly do not have any idea why those are different, I will have to break them down to see if that adds to the confusion! They all have the guide rods they came with when purchased. Perhaps another member will chime in with invaluable information for us!
One of my two USP's, 45T with Obsidian, not pictured is a USP 9mm V3 purchased in 94.
