Hey yall! I got a P2000 (V2 I think? Not entirely sure honestly) in 9mm and it’s been great, but recently decided to upgrade the trigger with the Gray Guns straight trigger and short reset system. It’s been a PITA so far but I finally got the trigger in (had to remove sear and all the fun stuff back there for it)
Now that I’m putting it back together though….. I can’t seem to get the sear + catch + control lever + disconnect back into place. I’ve been watching every YouTube video I can find on the install but 1) they’re all for the P30 and the P2000 is ever so slightly different and 2) they’re not super detailed. Their parts slide back into place effortlessly and mine aren’t.
How does the sear and all those related parts go back in? I’m not willing to take it to a gunsmith, especially since I’m this far in. If I take it to a gunsmith, I’ll never learn how to do this on my own.
