P30 & VP9 RH Side - No Model ID on Grip Frame, why?

Perhaps brought up elsewhere, but this really annoys the heck out of me. Why is this panel on the RH side missing the make/model of the pistol? Hats off to the engineer that forgot to put this info there...you nailed it.

That is where the pat. pend. goes on all older USPs

@GuntherRommel Agree, but at least they put USP on the RH frame area once the 'pat. pend.' became patented. Almost like they meant for a pat. pend. mark on the VP9/P30/SFP9. Jeesch, they could have gone the extra step you'd think? HK has some explaining IMHO.
