P7 Extended Mag 10 rounds - How rare?

The extended one pictured in the photo above was originally made for one of the 34 XM9 P7A10 prototypes. They will not fit into a standard P7 (PSP) without shaving down the sides where the two mages were welded together OR opening up the mag well a little more. There was also a guy selling some +2 mag extensions on EBay a few years back, but they were sometimes problematic. Here is a picture showing an original 10 round mag vs. one that has had the weld ground down to fit a standard P7 (PSP).

I picked up one of the mags not really knowing the backstory.
What is your best guess as to how many of the 34 guns are in the states and what price range have you seen? Am guessing this one didn't sell so probably not the upper limit:

I know where eight XM9 P7A10s are here in the US. There could be more but I’m only aware of eight at the present time. They typically sell in the $50-75k range depending on serial and the condition. A mag is worth a minimum of $700.
