I almost had a local gunsmith install the match trigger return spring and sear spring. He wanted to charge me $56.00 to do the job.
The parts cost me $19.95. I could have bought from M-Carbo, but I wanted the parts from HK.
I mulled over it for several days and decided that I will try it myself and if I screw up, it goes to the gunsmith.
I used a video from HK Parts and it was, in a word, EASY.
I only had to remove the extended slide stop, and the spring fell right out. I manipulated the sear housing by removing it's roll pin.
and easily replaced the sear spring. I put it all back and my trigger went from 5.5# to 3.5#. What a difference.
I have been shooting for 45 years, and I am a decent shot, but I hope that my shooting will improve b/c I won't be pulling harder than required on the trigger.
I will test it out tomorrow and let you know how it does.

PS: I shot today and the trigger was as smooth as butter. The photo attached shows 20 shots, 10 from 20 yards and 10 from 10 yards.
At 20 yards I had 6 in the 10,ring and 4 in the X ring using the Police L target (5" bullseye). At 10 yards I had ALL in the X ring giving me a total
of 14X and 6, 10's. I used a 6 o'clock hold. This was all done using open, iron sights. No red dot or laser.
If you are thinking of putting in the match trigger return spring and sear spring, don't think anymore...it is well worth the $20 and you can do it
yourself.
