Question about P7 factory finish

Was there any other kind of factory finish besides blued and nickel for the P7 family?

Not guessing it is workable but can these aftermarket finishes be removed in such a way as to restore the factory finish?

You may not like what you find underneath a refinish--- they were done so for a reason.

Ah, that is an excellent point I hadn't thought about.

I guess there were also some stainless steel slides. Were those slides only available with the caliber kits or was that an option with any of the different models?

There were also some factory P7s with gold engraved slides. I have also seen a factory two tone Hard Chromed P7K3 but it was one of the 64 Pilot batch/prototypes.
