Hey there fellow outlaws!!!!!!

I mean, if you read any part of this garbage that just passed House, have a bucket close by
because you'll vomit. You're now expected to surrender your firearm if it's classified as the "evil gun".

The reality is, they're banning just about anything that goes bang, unless you use a flint :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

They even went to the extent of naming individual firearms, like HK MR556. Anywho.....it still has to pass the Senate.
If it passes that, then Brandon has to sign off :unsure::oops::rolleyes:

Anyway, give me your thoughts.

Cheers Homie Oulaws!!!!!!!!:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

This is never gonna pass the senate, this is even more assured due to the political shenanigans that the Democrats' just pulled on the Republicans with the CHIPS and Science Act which is a part of Biden's Build Back Better agenda that got the cold shoulder.

For something a bit more concrete and based less on my personal opinion of the political landscape, you only have to look to the SCOTUS decision in the recent New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen case. Even if by some crazy alignment of circumstances in the political universe that this AWB bill passes the senate and the president signs it into law, it will then immediately get challenged and proceed to the Supreme Court where it will be immediately put down due to the fact that NYRAPA v Bruen is already in the books.

Basically NYRAPA v Bruen besides settling the may vs shall issue CCW issue, it also clarified a legal cannon and standard that the defendants in cases like this must PROVE that these types of bans are in line with the "text as informed by tradition" found in the constitution and historical precedent. In order to be upheld they must show and prove that examples of real laws that were in effect that date from that time were in place or are still on the books otherwise it will be overturned and invalidated. This is already in keeping with previous SCOTUS findings such as in the other landmark case of the District of Columbia v. Heller case. FWIW in case you were wondering this is already happening in many many cases where they are either being summarily overturned or remanded down to lower courts to rehear these cases in light of the NYRAPA v Bruen case.

Now doesn't that make you feel all warm and fuzzy? OH and SO much safer!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
I means surely the ones that get exempt can't hurt anyone....right?:unsure:

I feel certain that the threaded barrels are the real reason people are getting hurt with these.

Ban everything in existence...except for those guns 'necessary' for protection of those elected officials or elitists that pushed this Ban upon the masses; those elitists that live in guarded/gated properties.
What they don’t realize is that necessity is the mother of invention.
Ban guns and other things will take their place. I’m not talking knives or clubs or explosives, but mankind is innovative when it comes to getting the things that they want. Back us into a corner and we become very innovative.
